Delete your ArcoTalk account

This page explains how users of ArcoTalk: Voice Translator can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request deletion

1. Email arcoappstudio@gmail.com with the subject ArcoTalk account deletion request.
2. Send the request from the email address used for your ArcoTalk account, or include that account email in the message.
3. We may ask you to confirm account ownership. Do not send your password.

Data that will be deleted

• Your ArcoTalk authentication account
• Your translation-credit balance and personalization entitlement
• Other account-associated ArcoTalk backend data that is not legally required to be retained

Data that may be retained

Purchase, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or accounting records may be retained only for as long as required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to resolve payment disputes and prevent abuse. Records maintained independently by Google Play are governed by Google's policies.
